When it comes to independent advisors, we’re all in.  Our history began almost 35 years ago with a small group of entrepreneurs who shared our belief that by putting the investor first we could create an alternative to business as usual. The independent model is the envy of the industry, and we have the opportunity to combine the best of the two firms to further the success of advisors of all sizes.   The Advisor Onboarding team will be an integral role to creating a world class client experience to incoming advisors as we bring the two platforms together. This newly created team will provide conversion planning support and lead educational training to prepare advisors to be operationally ready on Conversion Day 1.   This position is for conversion support and will end after the completion of the integration over the next several years.
