SRPS is the choice for employers who want more and who believe they should not have to choose between service, innovation and solutions. We earn clients’ trust every day by focusing on the unique needs of each retirement plan and every participant. Our approach helps employees take ownership of their full financial futures.   In this role, you will join our team in developing and implementing B2B marketing communication strategies that impact the client experience. We earn clients’ trust every day by focusing on the unique needs of each retirement plan and of every employee (participant) in the retirement plans we serve.  Our approach helps participants take ownership of their full financial futures.   The Communications Development Manager is a solutions-oriented role within our SRPS Marketing and Communications team that develops content and internally consults with business partners to implement communication strategies that impact the participant experience.  This role will report to the Senior Team Manager, Participant Marketing and Communications. Collaborating closely with members in the existing 40+ person team as well as the SRPS field, they will work to deliver effective communications that engage participants in their workplace retirement plans and support their broader financial needs.   Key Responsibilities include: - Collaborating with client-facing teams: Develop and evaluate solutions and alternatives with Communication Consultants and Relationship Managers in support of the client’s communication strategy and the participant experience. - Project management: Manage the content development process, from execution to fulfillment of communication and education material for web, direct mail, email, presentations and digital signage within given timelines. - Creating well-documented plans: Ensure expectations are clearly understood and within parameters of measured outcomes. - Partnering with cross-enterprise teams: Advise business partners on how to most efficiently use resources to achieve goals.  Includes leveraging and maximizing existing content where possible. - Identify trends to support new participant experiences: Discover new content, template, and campaign needs.
