The Senior Marketing Manager for Wealth Management is a seasoned professional who can drive high- impact marketing strategy, launch critical products and enhancements, and execute various retention activities to influence client asset growth. In this role, you will work with senior product partners and a cross-functional team to influence client-facing positioning and be a champion of identifying optimal client experiences for high-net-worth clients. You will also be the owner of end-to-end marketing programs to help meet key business goals.   You will work on initiatives that help us better understand client needs, develop best-in-class experiences on Schwab.com, and partner with various field partners to ensure sales preparedness to drive greater client acquisition and deepening. To be successful in this role, you’ll partner with teams such as digital services, analytics, media and international marketing to drive flawless execution and maximize the effectiveness of your marketing programs.

The Institutional Services Marketing organization is the business-to-business arm of the Marketing Division of Charles Schwab, and is responsible for marketing strategies and programs that establish, build, and strengthen relationships with institutional clients, including Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs).   The Senior Team Lead, Advisor Services Marketing Strategy and Integration is a key role within the client marketing team, helping us to deliver on our mission of ensuring advisor clients get the most out of their relationship with Schwab. The team creates content and communications to drive awareness of all our capabilities—from our digital tools and financial solutions, to our education, events and consulting programs. This role reports into the Managing Director of Client Marketing, partnering to drive team success by helping everyone work more effectively and efficiently. This role will both lead large initiatives, as well as mentor and support team members.   Key responsibilities: ·        Partner with marketing leadership to develop strategies and best practices to help the team work as effectively and efficiently as possible. ·        Help to scope new projects and identify the right strategy and resources to successfully support it. ·        Deepen relationships with key leaders, business partners, and marketing colleagues, to drive more valuable collaboration. ·        Ensure priority initiatives meet objectives and deadlines by helping team members and partners stay on track by adhering to agreed-upon strategy, scope, and process. ·        Independently drive projects and support team members to develop and implement integrated campaigns from beginning to end—everything from synthesizing inputs and authoring assignment briefs to working with internal business partners and managing the creative agency. ·        Serve as a marketing expert to team members and partners, evaluating content in terms of clarity, quality, brand guidelines, and how well it aligns to strategy and goals. ·        Monitor and track programs against business goals to gauge their success. ·        Manage agencies, budgeting and billing across the team’s project portfolio.

As part of this responsibility, we’re in a multi-phase effort to migrate, transform and elevate how we deliver modern wealth management across digital channels.   In this role, you’ll be a critical lead on the team responsible for developing, optimizing and championing the use of our new Digital Design System (DDS) to ensure cohesive and compelling digital experiences for investors. This includes defining, implementing and maintaining design guidelines, assets and business requirements as well as supporting and guiding creative agency partners and marketers who leverage this system. You’ll be the front line for ensuring consistent and exceptional digital experiences are implemented by continuing to evolve and refine this critical design system and driving programs that support its effectiveness.
