The Offer & Wealth Management team within the Client & Field Experience Group is responsible for business strategy, offer design, product management and process improvement for Schwab’s retail client experience. Our mandate is to design and optimize the combination of services, products, and tools to deliver an experience that exceeds clients’ expectations. To do this we work with partners and delivery organizations to innovate our wealth management experience at critical inflection points in the client journey, across all interaction channels.
The team seeks a Senior Manager to join the efforts in continuous improvement of Schwab’s retail solutions focusing on client segmentation strategies, relationship models, as well as branch experiences, both physical and virtual. The Senior Manager is an individual contributor who reports to a Managing Director of the Offer & Wealth Management team.
The Senior Marketing Manager for Wealth Management is a seasoned professional who can drive high- impact marketing strategy, launch critical products and enhancements, and execute various retention activities to influence client asset growth. In this role, you will work with senior product partners and a cross-functional team to influence client-facing positioning and be a champion of identifying optimal client experiences for high-net-worth clients. You will also be the owner of end-to-end marketing programs to help meet key business goals.
You will work on initiatives that help us better understand client needs, develop best-in-class experiences on Schwab.com, and partner with various field partners to ensure sales preparedness to drive greater client acquisition and deepening. To be successful in this role, you’ll partner with teams such as digital services, analytics, media and international marketing to drive flawless execution and maximize the effectiveness of your marketing programs.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to deliver a world class knowledge management experience within a global securities brokerage and investment management company. You will develop an in-depth understanding of the business, knowledge and content creation needs of internal customers by:
· Creating and implementing content strategies for an internal knowledge management system including discovery, planning, analysis, migration, delivery and governance
· Developing Content Governance including process, standards, and workflow
· Develop, maintain, and put processes in place to implement editorial style guidelines and preferred term usage
· Creating taxonomy and definitions recommendations
· Recommending Meta Data and/or Tagging strategy
· Creating efficient procedures and processes
· Leading and develop a team of writer/editors, publishers, and content specialists

The Sr. Product Manager of Content Governance & Attestation role part of the Content and Channel Strategy team, where you’ll own and lead the content governance and attestation programs for the Retail Marketing organization. You’ll define and implement processes and programs that increase our overall content quality through consistency and accuracy. You’ll be the subject matter authority for ensuring our ecosystem of content creators, business partners and agencies understand and adopt these standards, and provide key visibility to leadership regarding how we’re managing our content. Finally, you’ll partner closely with the rest of the Content and Channel Strategy team to ensure your work evolves to align with a developing omni-channel content strategy.

As part of this responsibility, we’re in a multi-phase effort to migrate, transform and elevate how we deliver modern wealth management across digital channels.
In this role, you’ll be a critical lead on the team responsible for developing, optimizing and championing the use of our new Digital Design System (DDS) to ensure cohesive and compelling digital experiences for investors. This includes defining, implementing and maintaining design guidelines, assets and business requirements as well as supporting and guiding creative agency partners and marketers who leverage this system. You’ll be the front line for ensuring consistent and exceptional digital experiences are implemented by continuing to evolve and refine this critical design system and driving programs that support its effectiveness.

As Managing Director, Third Party Relationship Management, you have the opportunity to lead a team of Relationship Managers who bring to life our product platform strategy with third party asset managers and our client facing enterprises, supporting the needs of our clients through Schwab’s various businesses. Serving individual investors, registered investment advisors (RIAs), retirement plans, and other institutional clients, the third party platforms are a centralized and shared resource for the firm.
