America was founded on a culture of ownership, and so was Schwab. Since our beginning, we’ve challenged the status quo to make financial markets more accessible and investing more affordable for individuals across the country, and around the world. One of the initial ways individuals begin investing is through their workplace defined benefit and equity plans, which Schwab administers on behalf of many corporate clients across the U.S. While many employees have access to these workplace benefits, they don’t always know how they should consider them within the context of their overall financial plan. That’s where Retail Participant Marketing steps in to make this connection between earning, saving and investing toward a financially secure future.
The Sr. Marketing Manager - Retail Participant Engagement is part of the Retail Acquisition and Corporate Marketing organization, which is charged with growing Schwab’s share of affluent investors by promoting broader adoption of Schwab products and services. This is done through traditional and non-traditional channels, centrally and locally across the many markets we serve.
In this role, the Sr. Marketing Manager - Retail Participant Engagement will work closely with Retail Participant Experience (RPE) and our workplace solutions teams to oversee marketing projects that reach participants across our three workplace platforms: Schwab Retirement Plan Services, Compliance Solutions and Schwab Stock Plan Services.

Working in a team setting, the Senior Manager establishes relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels of the organization, gathering insights and serving as an advocate for strategic marketing plans and priorities.

You will be working on initiatives that help us better understand our prospect needs and their purchase journeys, while creating best in class shopping experiences on schwab.com. All this in the service of an organization that is recognized for putting client needs at the center of everything we do.
