Charles Schwab’s Workforce Management team supports long-term capacity planning, short-term resource planning and intraday management for the service organizations throughout Charles Schwab, as well TD Ameritrade Retail. We are responsible for forecasting, capacity and budget planning, as well as staff planning, schedule design and workforce strategy. We provide real-time support on a 24/7 basis including network monitoring and service level management. We are responsible for responding to dynamic environments, managing staff leveling between business partners in a transparent and collaborative manner, as well as the overall network strategy including volume contingency planning and business continuity planning. We deliver reporting to multiple departments over all relevant time frames and utilize data and analytics to drive strategic and tactical decisions. We work, think and approach problems differently than your traditional financial services firm, and we drive to change both how Schwab operates and how the industry serves investors and advisors. We collaborate across client service, operations, technology, digital and product teams to put our financial professionals in the best position to deliver upon a superior client experience, while also balancing the requirements of the employee experience.

Charles Schwab’s Digital Services (DS) division is responsible for leading digital disruption on behalf of investors and advisors. The Digital Services Strategy group provides members with an unparalleled opportunity to define and work on the business’s digital strategic opportunities while gaining visibility among the firm's senior leadership. We are looking for a Managing Director to lead the Digital Services Strategy team and shape the strategic direction of the division. The Digital Services Strategy team is responsible for driving key strategic projects. Examples of past projects include: digital retail investor strategy, revenue strategy, digital banking experience strategy, etc. Additionally, the team manages core functions for the Digital Services division including strategic planning, chief of staff functions in support to the Chief Digital Officer and high-priority team engagement initiatives (e.g., Diversity & Inclusion). The team works closely with the Digital Services executive team to align priorities and shape the direction of the division. The team also collaborates closely with partners from the Innovation Accelerator, Investor Services, Advisor Services, Technology, Data, Analytics & Insight and Finance.

The DAI Client Experience Measurement & Analytics (CXMA) group serves as the eyes and ears of Schwab by bringing voice-of-the-client to bear in every aspect of our business, providing actionable insights to business leaders and decision makers, and enabling a client-centric culture throughout Schwab. Our Business Analysts/Managers play a key role in designing & managing client listening processes and in looking across the organization to synthesize client data and feedback that will lead to the identification of actionable insights and opportunities to increase client loyalty, improve the client experience and drive profitable business growth.
The Senior Manager of Asset Management Strategy will be a key member of the proprietary strategy team, focused on mutual funds, ETFs, managed accounts and other products managed by Schwab.
Charles Schwab's Investor Services and Marketing Integration team leads the integration of TD Ameritrade’s Retail Investor and Marketing organizations into Schwab. This includes leadership over integration strategy, day-to-day management and coordination of the organization’s integration efforts. Primary work streams include service model design, alignment capture and value realization.
Reporting to the Managing Director (MD) for Contact Center integration, this Senior Manager role will focus on the integration of TD Ameritrade while working in a team setting. Reporting to a Managing Director (MD) of IS Strategy, the Senior Manager role is charged with defining supporting plans for new initiatives and delivering thoughtful, insightful, high impact contributions across a range of “high-stakes” strategic projects. The Director works in a team setting and establishes relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels of the organization and across Schwab’s businesses. The Senior Manager offers guidance and mentorship to junior team members, and may at times act as an MD when required.

SAMS is an industry leader in providing investment products – Solutions, SMAs, ETF’s , Mutual Funds, and Money Market Funds- and research products (Schwab Center for Financial Research) to our clients.
The Senior Manager role will sit at the intersection of business and technology to help build a data driven culture to drive SAMS growth. Candidates must have experience in analytics and data driven organization transformations to help drive Segment, Monetize and Scale strategy at an Asset Management or Large Big 4 consulting firm.
Schwab Asset Management Services, or SAMS, our asset management organization, has a fast-paced, core strategy team, passionate about crafting growth-focused business strategies. Our team is responsible for long-term business strategies that encompass Schwab’s money management and portfolio advice, products and solutions. The Director of Platform Strategy will play a significant role on the team, primarily focused on designing major business strategies and facilitating them through the entire project planning lifecycle. These strategies intersect with the priorities of key business partners in Investor Services and Advisor Services.
