WMCs partner with Regional Market Executives and Branch Managers to identify vital needs and areas of focus in their markets.  Following a consultative process they determine and implement effective strategies that promote branch consultant skill development, enhance client outcomes and accelerate market growth and retention.  The WMC is passionate about helping branch employees build their business by influencing and encouraging branch employees.   The WMC also works closely with internal partners (investment solutions, banking and insurance), as well as serving as a key regional liaison for Schwab’s internal and external comprehensive wealth management offerings.
