Fixed Income is a strategic priority for Schwab and Advisor Services – the Sr. Manager of Income Solutions Advisor Services provides an exciting opportunity to be a driver in continuing the growth, innovation and partnerships of this effort. Fixed Income team plays a significant role in driving asset growth for both our Advisor and Retail channels. The Income Solutions Advisor Services team supports independent Registered Investment Advisor firms that custody and trade their client assets at Schwab. We partner with Fixed Income Trading, Advisor Services Sales and the Advisor Custody & Trading organization to champion advisors’ fixed income needs, growth and success.   A Sr. Manager of the Income Solutions Advisors Services team provides an exciting opportunity to be a driver of growth, leadership, and innovation. Our advisor bond specialists work regionally with our independent advisory firms, providing guidance and support of their fixed income needs. Typical client interactions range from basic information and trade execution to highly complex portfolio analysis and construction along with overview of income solutions at Schwab. As a leader of this team you will partner closely with our sales, service and trading teams to promote our brand and offering. You will be a leader with focus on the recruitment, retention, and development of our people, displaying leadership courage, and collaborating to drive better results.

Relationship Managers manage and consult with our clients and actively pursue opportunities to increase assets under management and improve the client experience.  Relationship Managers are responsible for managing and growing existing relationships and influencing positive change in their operations.  Relationship Managers are also tasked with understanding their client’s business models and developing strategies in a competitive marketplace.

Wealth Management Consultants play a critical role in enhancing the branch network’s client engagement skills. The Wealth Management Consultants (WMCs) primary role is developing branch employees through coaching and consulting to promote Schwab’s Modern Wealth Management experience. WMCs influence branch employees through targeted coaching and development in 5 areas of focus: - Improving efficiency and the effectiveness - Enhancing client interactions and engagement skills - Highlighting how to bring to bear financial planning concepts, tools and dialogue adeptly - Showcasing appropriate wealth management strategies and solutions for various client scenarios - Promoting a consistent adoption of Schwab’s practice management standards Following a consultative process, the WMC determines and implements effective strategies/tactics which enhance consultant skill development, enhance client outcomes and accelerate market growth and retention. The WMC is passionate about helping branch employees build their business by influencing and encouraging meaningful change and growth. This role serves members of our phone based sales/relationship teams.   The WMC also works closely with internal partners (investment solutions, banking and insurance), as well as serving as a key regional liaison for Schwab’s internal and external comprehensive wealth management solutions offerings.
