The Client Lead/PO plays an integral role on the Schwab Digital Experimentation Team.  The Digital Experimentation Team (DXT) is responsible for digital experimentation across Schwab’s digital properties. This includes managing the experimentation program: best practices, standards, process and tool development, documentation, and governance. DXT supports onboarding product teams to testing and working closely with them to achieve their testing goals and adoption of testing into their day-to-day operations.   The Client Lead will be a primary contact for product teams interacting directly with product team roles such as the PO, developer, data analyst, and UX/UI designer. This person will onboard product teams using an established process and then work with a set of defined product teams to help define and execute specific tests. The Client Lead will work closely with a DXT test builder to manage test work flows across multiple product teams.   The Client Lead will also act as the Product Owner for the Optimizely product. In this capacity, the PO will support the rollout and adoption of testing, manage the tool in terms of utilization, process, and compliance with Schwab standards. As the product owner, they will utilize digital product management strategies and own the product roadmap detailing planned milestones for the product.  The Client Lead PO will work with their technical partner to monitor health and performance of the product to ensure it meets Schwab requirements and the goals defined for the Digital Experimentation Team.
