The Operations Transformation Organization (OTO) is responsible for transforming Operational Services into a highly scalable organization, while crafting a culture of excellence in how we build shared value for clients, manage risk, cultivate talent, and collaborate with partners across Schwab. The Transformation Management Office is seeking an inquisitive, hardworking Change Management Analyst to drive acceleration of benefit realization by using a structured approach to organizational change management that identifies organizational impacts, anticipates points of resistance, plans for employee adoption, and anchors the value capture within the business area.
This person will focus on the people side of change – including changes to business processes and policies, systems, technology, job roles, approaches and behaviors, and organization structures. The ideal candidate will pair analytical skills and a data-driven outlook with strong intuition. They will demonstrate the ability to spot risks and ask the right questions to ensure the appropriate trade-offs are considered. The ideal candidate will work to drive faster adoption and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, return on investment and the achievement of results and outcomes.
