Your Opportunity

The Operations Transformation Office (OTO) is responsible for transforming Operational Services into a highly scalable organization, while creating a culture of excellence in how we create shared value for clients, manage risk, cultivate talent, and collaborate with partners across the firm. The Transformation Management Office is seeking an inquisitive, passionate Communications Specialist to contribute to our communications strategy and execute on communications within the OTO and more broadly across Operational Services.


What you are good at

As the Communications Specialist, you will develop, manage, and execute a variety of communications that generate action and build engagement within Operational Services. You will build mechanisms to deliver a regular cadence of communications, create compelling content, and ensure employees feel connected to the transformation objectives and the changes that impact them within the organization. You will work closely with domain owners and subject matter experts to encourage their active participation in generating meaningful content.


What you have

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal communications with preference given to those with a financial services background
  • Ability to elicit content and frame it into communications that promote action and create a sense of excitement about the work
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, and the ability to establish a professional, consistent message across a range of communication channels and audiences
  • Experience developing communications using SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, PowerPoint, Social Chorus, and basic html
  • Some graphic design skills are required
  • Strong project and program management skills to deliver meaningful results and impact to our employees
  • Comfortable engaging with individuals at all levels on a wide variety of complex financial and technical topics
  • Highly resourceful and collaborative individual who thrives on building and cultivating strong relationships
  • Strong influencing skills; navigates and activates alignment across organizational silos
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
