Retirement Business Services (RBS), a division within Advisor Services, provides trust, custody, trading, and technical services through Charles Schwab Trust Bank, Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. and Schwab Retirement Technologies. RBS is growing rapidly by providing retirement plan trust and custody services to independent recordkeepers, Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and Third Party Administrators (TPAs), and leads the industry in servicing retirement plans through intermediary relationships.

Relationship building plays a significant role in the organization to ensure that we retain business as well as remain the preferred choice for new business/prospects.
As a Client Experience Product Manager, the candidate will conduct business analysis, and improve, develop and market new products for the Retirement Business Services (RBS) channel of Advisor Services. As a member of the product management team, you will manage products targeted to retirement plan RIAs, independent recordkeepers and Third Party Administrators (TPA), develop improvements to existing feature/functionality, and perform analysis of the market, competition, and client needs to find opportunities to grow the business.
You will interface closely with key members across the RBS business channel and from other Advisor Services business units, other key business partners, service providers, and clients. The position will drive product strategy and execution to support RBS growth initiatives and respond to regulatory changes. Responsibilities may include gathering competitive intelligence and monitoring market trends, reporting key performance metrics, supervising product profitability, developing business requirements to advance new products or improve existing product feature/functionality. To deploy new products and / or improvements to products, the candidate will work closely with technology, operations, legal, compliance, marketing, business development, and client service team members and managers.
