Organizational Risk Management is responsible for the design and implementation of the organization-wide risk management, including policy and procedural guidance. We author and administer the organization’s policies, and contribute to the documentation of processes, procedures, and job aides in support of those policies. As such, we also maintain the organization’s internal policy, procedures, and process library. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong communications background, a successful record of analyzing processes and writing procedures and job aide guidance, administering procedures and knowledge repositories, designing effective communications plans for procedures and guidance that add value to business processes, with the ability to assess complex regulatory and industry materials and communicate them to the teams to facilitate compliant activities. This individual must possess strong analytic and organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for teamwork and customer service. The position is an individual contributor role that reports to the Senior Team Manager - Organizational Risk Management.
