Your Opportunity

The Senior Marketing Manager for Wealth Management is a seasoned professional who can drive high- impact marketing strategy, launch critical products and enhancements, and execute various retention activities to influence client asset growth. In this role, you will work with senior product partners and a cross-functional team to influence client-facing positioning and be a champion of identifying optimal client experiences for high-net-worth clients. You will also be the owner of end-to-end marketing programs to help meet key business goals.

 

You will work on initiatives that help us better understand client needs, develop best-in-class experiences on Schwab.com, and partner with various field partners to ensure sales preparedness to drive greater client acquisition and deepening. To be successful in this role, you’ll partner with teams such as digital services, analytics, media and international marketing to drive flawless execution and maximize the effectiveness of your marketing programs.

What you are good at

  • Thinking strategically to marry marketing recommendations with desired business outcomes.
  • Using data to formulate strategy and evaluate effectiveness of marketing programs.
  • Building and cultivating relationships that result in an ability to influence those over whom you do not hold positional authority.

What you have

  • 5+ years of marketing communications and/or marketing strategy experience with a deep understanding of developing consumer-centric marketing programs.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, design and technical teams to create and publish web pages and branch collateral. 
  • Strong project management and execution skills, to ensure that your strategies are implemented in reasonable time frames and within the allocated budget.
  • Experience working in the financial sector in a product or communications role is preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree required, master’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics preferred.
