Within the Digital Offer Management team, the regulatory and risk team focuses key business activities, decisions pertaining to risk mitigation, regulatory compliance and trade resolution across the Digital advice products.  In addition, the team works closely our technology product owners on new product and feature launches to enhance or expand our existing products and services.  This role will partner closely with the Personalized Investing Experiences team, who is responsible for defining the offer strategy and client experience for our Motif investing technology. 

 

 The team is responsible for: 

  • Execution - Coordinate with business partners to execute flawlessly on our client and rep experience;
  • Analysis - Proactively analyze data to uncover insights that drive business value and impact
  • Partnership - Support client facing employees in delivering for our clients.

What you are good at

  • Execute on key regulatory projects by partnering with internal stakeholders including sales, marketing, operations, legal, compliance, and supervision and controls.
  • Driving projects forward within the risk/regulatory work stream
  • Create consistency across the oversight processes within the digital suite of products
  • Proactively identify operational or procedure gaps requiring attention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement improvements in line with applicable regulations, and/or internal policies.
  • Drive product strategy, overall project business management, project goals, development of business requirements, and represent the business on projects.

What you have

  • Flexibility, creativity, efficiency, resourcefulness, and a positive attitude are highly valued on the team, as well as the ability to collaborate with and influence individuals across functions and at all levels within the enterprise. A strong candidate has a ‘can-do,’ results-oriented approach to business, and a bias for action with the ability to identify and overcome obstacles.
  • The ideal candidate would have Financial Services industry experience, advised product, relevant risk management or financial services operational background. Series 7 and 9/10 preferred.  If you do not hold a Series 7 or 9/10, then it will be required to pass the SIE (Security Industry Essentials) exam within the first six months
  • A client-centric focus – keeps clients in forefront of decisions, connects plans and actions to our purpose of serving clients
