The Digital Marketing team at Charles Schwab impacts millions of investors each year through modern digital experiences across key channels like Schwab.com. By focusing on answering investors’ questions and driving trust and engagement, we’re a key part of helping them reach their financial goals. As part of this responsibility, we’re in a multi-phase effort to migrate, transform and elevate how we deliver modern wealth management across digital channels.
In this role, you’ll be a critical lead on the team responsible for developing, optimizing and championing the use of our new Digital Design System (DDS) to ensure cohesive and compelling digital experiences for investors. This includes defining, implementing and maintaining design guidelines, assets and business requirements as well as supporting and guiding creative agency partners and marketers who leverage this system. You’ll be the front line for ensuring consistent and exceptional digital experiences are implemented by continuing to evolve and refine this critical design system and driving programs that support its effectiveness.
