Flexibility, creativity, efficiency, resourcefulness, and enthusiasm are highly valued on the team, as well as the ability to collaborate with and influence individuals at all levels within the enterprise and firm at large. A strong candidate has a ‘can-do,’ results-oriented approach to business, and a bias for action with the ability to identify and overcome obstacles. The successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is:

    • Able to independently lead major strategic initiatives and energized by the opportunity to work on varied projects and programs throughout the year.
    • A gifted visual storyteller who can weave a narrative that is concise, compelling, and tailored to specific audiences based on complex and varied inputs.

    • Adaptable and has a growth-mindset and both seeks and welcomes feedback to improve deliverables and develop skills.
    • Strong interest and passion for digital technology, financial services, and serving clients with passion and integrity.

A minimum of 3-5 years managing complex projects is required, and an MBA and/or post-graduate education is highly preferred. Previous work experience in strategy, preferably with a top-tier consulting firm or strategy group within a financial services firm, is desirable.
