As an Associate Advisor Client Service Professional, you will be an ambassador of Schwab by educating and resolving client facing technology issues in an inbound contact center environment. By working in a small diverse team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on ways to better serve clients and grow professionally.

What you’re good at

Our Advisor Platform Support group is a place where individuals passionate about service and the client experience have an opportunity to do their best work every day. Through Schwab’s training, our professionals become prepared to:

  • Foster client relationships through exceptional service in a phone based environment.
  • Provide technical support/problem resolution to independent advisors in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Research and resolve routine customer service questions by effectively navigating through company provided tools and resources.
  • Take ownership over client issues to ensure there is appropriate follow-up and a resolution.
  • Utilize effective listening skills to assess client needs and fully understand and resolve presented issues.
  • Find opportunities for operational improvement and drive important issues through to resolution.
  • Provide customers with information on other products and services when appropriate.

What you have

  • Commitment to consistently improve the client experience, as demonstrated through 3-5 years of customer service experience
  • Desire to learn about Schwab’s platforms and technology, as well as a current basic knowledge of computer desktop and network environments
  • Curiosity towards solving problems and finding resolutions
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments through continuous learning
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
