As a Sr. Manager, Change Management, you will play a key role in ensuring cultural change initiatives for new business processes, systems, technologies, job roles and organizational structures are successful. You will be focused on the people side of change, by working to reduce employee resistance to change and increase the speed of adoption of new behaviors needed for change initiatives to be successful. You will deliver best in class change management practices that are integrated with business plans in a systematic and rigorous way.
